Another 365 days in paradise have nearly come and gone. While we’re excited to see what the tropics will bring in 2022, we can’t help but reflect on the cocktails that made 2021 feel like Haven. So, before you sip into the New Year, be sure to try one of our favorite recipes below. Cheers!
Sunset Kiss
2 oz. RumHaven
1 ½ oz. Pineapple Mango Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
Add ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a coupe glass over crushed ice. Garnish with mint, an orange slice and a hibiscus rim.
Prosecco Colada
2 oz. RumHaven
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
1 oz. La Marca Prosecco
½ oz. Coconut Cream
Add ingredients (except prosecco) into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a Collins glass. Top off with prosecco, and garnish with a pineapple slice and leaf.
Haven and Hell
1½ oz. RumHaven
1½ oz. Pineapple Juice
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
½ oz. Simple Syrup
2-3 Slices of Chili/Jalapeño Pepper
Add ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then double strain into an ice-filled double old fashioned rocks glass. Garnish with chili or jalapeño pepper slices.
Jungle Bird
2 oz. RumHaven
¾ oz. Italian Aperitivo
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
¼ oz. Simple Syrup
¼ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
Add ingredients into an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into an ice-filled double rocks glass. Garnish with pineapple leaf.
Match Made in Haven
2 oz. RumHaven
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
2 oz. Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice
Add ingredients into an ice-filled Collins glass, and stir together to combine and chill. Garnish with pineapple or grapefruit.
